Distant feeling lost and unappreciated
Words move me to the edge and leave me captivated
We on the same team even share the same color
Why is it that I must jump through your hoops to be a stand up brother
Bad enough I get judged from everyone else I get it
The common interests of our kind leave’s us exposed to gimmicks
Our sex is just the base to compatible exploration
We give up and move on with the ease of separation
Is this normal behavior have we gone insane
No baby mama drama dollars raising our children again
Attitudes are equal takes one to know one my Queen
Follow your King if he’s worthy in to the spotlight and scene
I can Cook, Clean and Create that’s not good enough for the date
But over a lifetime of commitment you will see that it’s great
Can I hold your purse for you while you shop and browse
Or just give you the keys to the truck and the house
